FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
BRANTFORD – Today, the Ontario PC Party announced that Will Bouma has been acclaimed as the party’s candidate for Brantford-Brant in the next provincial general election.
A long-time resident, practicing optometrist, and former Brant County councillor, Will has deep roots in Brantford-Brant. His public service includes roles on the Brant County Board of Health, Brant Waterways Foundation, and over 15 years of volunteer work with the local fire department.
“Will has always put the hardworking people of Brantford-Brant first, standing up to keep costs down for families, fight the job-killing Liberal carbon tax, and help keep his community safe,” said Doug Ford, Leader of the Ontario PC Party. “As MPP, Will has delivered real results for Brantford-Brant, including investments to build and expand roads, highways, homes and infrastructure and to train workers for better jobs and bigger paycheques in the skilled trades.”
Together, Will and the Ontario PC Party will continue to get it done for Brantford-Brant by investing in the services and infrastructure that make life better for families and businesses in the region.
“I’m honoured to represent this incredible community,” said Bouma. “I’m running again so we can keep building Brantford-Brant with better roads, more homes and new jobs and investment, all while keeping cost down and continuing to improve the services like health care and education that our community relies on.”
